基于AOS AOZ7111AI 的高效率CRM模式PFC TV電源方案

AOZ7111AI是一款工作在臨界模式的功率因數(shù)校正電路控制芯片。應(yīng)用在Boost模式PFC電路。傳統(tǒng)的電流模式的CRM PFC需要從AC交流線采樣，而AOZ7111AI則不需要，因而進一步降低了采樣電路的功率損耗，有利于系統(tǒng)低待機功耗設(shè)計。AOZ7111AI內(nèi)部集成了大量電路，從而最大限量地減少了外圍電路器件的數(shù)量。同時，AOZ7111AI取消了ZCD采樣，不需要過零檢測，減低了PFC電感的復(fù)雜程度。具有過壓保護電路，欠壓保護和過流保護等保護電路。
